Considered one of the profession's experts on all things iron, join us for this webinar as Dr. Justin Gallant ND dives in to properly interpret the iron panel, ferritin and CBC.   Clinical relevance of these labs will be discussed in consideration of iron deficiency and elevated ferritin.  Be confident in understanding what your patient's iron panels are telling you about their health status! 

Learning Objectives

• Review iron biochemistry in the context of healthy physioglogy versus pathophysiology.
• In-depth understanding of laboratory investigations when assessing iron related concerns in patients.
• Differentiating causes of elevated ferritin (i.e. iron overload, liver issues, dysmetabollichyperferritinemia, etc.)
• Identify and understand which factors influence the iron panel, CBC and ferritin.
