Course Description:

The diagnosis of cancer affects everyone on the planet and according to the World HealthOrganization Cancer cancer is a growing global concern. Through our advancing treatments, and early detection cancer survivors are living longer, but they experience more depression, more secondary illness and disability than the general population. In this talk I will empowerNaturopaths to consider the many tools we have to help survivors ReCover their control,ReBuild their bodies, and ReStore their lives.

Learning Objectives:

1. To dissect the present state of evidence in relation to support for Cancer Survivors
2. To guide practitioners through a inclusive set of steps to fully understanding the Cancer RecoveryPatient and the support needed
3. Investigate research and clinical significance of naturopathic support and limitations for treatment–botanicals, acupuncture, exercise, mitochondria repair
4. Evaluate subjective measures such as : labs, and diagnostics to aid in developing appropriate treatment plans
